生物活性 for Lonidamine

Lonidamine is an anticancer and antispermatogenic agent in vitro and in vivo. Inhibits cellular energy metabolism in some cells via inhibition of mitochondrial hexokinase. Also blocks CFTR Cl- channels in vitro.
