Biological Activity for JPS036

JPS036 is a selective HDAC3 Degrader (PROTAC®) (DC50 = 440 nM; Dmax = 77 %). JPS036 comprises a benzamide-based compound joined by a linker to a Von Hippel Lindau (VHL) E3 ligase ligand.
