Biological Activity for Rilpivirine

Rilpivirine is a potent diarylpyrimidine (DAPY) non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTI). It has high antiviral activity against wild-type HIV-1 and mutant viruses (EC50 values are 0.4 and 0.1-2.0 nM, respectively in a cell-based assay). This compound is orally bioavailable.
