Submit ReviewWY 14643 is a selective PPARα agonist (EC50 values are 0.63, 32 and > 100 μM at PPARα, PPARγ and PPARδ respectively). Negatively inhibits NF-κB transcriptional activity and decreases the inflammatory response in vitro and in vivo.
