Biological Activity for Auxin

Auxin is a chemical dimerizer used in auxin-inducible degron (AID) systems. Induces degradation of a target protein tagged with the auxin-receptor F-box protein Tir1 E3 ligase AID in human colorectral cancer and mouse ES cells or tagged with AFB2 in A431 cells. Endogenous plant hormone.

Preparing Stock Solutions for Auxin

The following data is based on the product molecular weight 175.18. Batch specific molecular weights may vary from batch to batch due to the degree of hydration, which will affect the solvent volumes required to prepare stock solutions.

Select a batch to recalculate based on the batch molecular weight:
Concentration / Solvent Volume / Mass 1 mg 5 mg 10 mg
1 mM 5.71 mL 28.54 mL 57.08 mL
5 mM 1.14 mL 5.71 mL 11.42 mL
10 mM 0.57 mL 2.85 mL 5.71 mL
50 mM 0.11 mL 0.57 mL 1.14 mL
