Submit ReviewJQ1-FITC is a fluorescent BET bromodomain probe. It binds with high affinity to BRD4(BD1) and BRD4(BD2) (KD,app values are 6.5 nM and 5.8 nM, respectively, using GST-tagged BRD4 proteins measured by CoraFluor™ TR-FRET assay; 58.7 nM for BRD4(BD1) in a fluorescence anisotropy assay). Excitation and emission maxima (λ) are 495 nm and 525 nm.
Use our spectra viewer to interactively plan your experiments, assessing multiplexing options. View the excitation and emission spectra for our fluorescent dye range and other commonly used dyes.
