Biological Activity for JQ1-FITC

JQ1-FITC is a fluorescent BET bromodomain probe. It binds with high affinity to BRD4(BD1) and BRD4(BD2) (KD,app values are 6.5 nM and 5.8 nM, respectively, using GST-tagged BRD4 proteins measured by CoraFluor TR-FRET assay; 58.7 nM for BRD4(BD1) in a fluorescence anisotropy assay). Excitation and emission maxima (λ) are 495 nm and 525 nm.
