Submit ReviewTAK 715 is an inhibitor of p38 MAPK (IC50 = 7.1 nM for p38 MAPKα). Also inhibits Wnt-3a-stimulated β-catenin signaling. Inhibits 22 kinases by more than 80%, including CK1δ/ε. Anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatoid arthritis agent. Orally bioavailable.
