X gal for Blue White Screening.

Bacterial cells were plated with L-agar, Ampillicin and X-gal solution at two different concentrations (5 and 50 µl) and a negative control containing only sterile water was set up. The plates were allowed to grow for 48 hours and counted for white and blue colonies.
